MOTOR SPORTS CAN BE DANGEROUS AND MAY INVOLVE INJURY OR DEATH
You must read and agree to the following in order to be permitted on restricted areas of the circuit.

AGREEMENT, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & UNDERSTANDING
In consideration of NASA permitting me to have access to certain restricted areas outside of permitted enclosures for the purpose of photography, videography or other media activity I hereby agree, acknowledge and undertake:
1. I accept that motor sport may involve the risk of injury or death and that this risk is greater in the restricted areas to which I may have access.
2. I accept these risks and will ensure that at all times I will have due regard for my own safety.
3. I will not enter the track for media purposes unless I have had attended regular NASA events for 12 months.
4. I will ensure I sign on a IN3 before racing commences and have reviewed the media maps that are on the media page on the NASA webpage.
4. I will not at any time put myself in a position beyond the Armco barrier/tyre wall surrounding the track (trackside).
5. I will at all times observe and obey all instructions given to me by any official of the meeting or venue owner.
6. I confirm that I am over 18 years of age and am not suffering from any mental or physical disability which would impair my judgment or prevent me from acting in a safe manner or impair my mobility.
7. I will familiarise myself with the track, its layout and features before commencing my activities and will satisfy myself that the areas to which I wish access are available and suitable for my purpose.
8. I confirm that whilst at the event outlined at the top of this document, I act as the agent of the media organisation that I represent as shown below.
9.I have read both the above terms and conditions and the rule book governing media personnel at this event and agree to be bound by them.
10. I am aware of the NASA GDPR policy, photography and safeguarding statement and I will adhere to comply with this.
11. I will make myself known to the chairman of the day, safety officer of the day and chief track marshal.
12. I am aware that the chief track marshal agreement is final and will respect this decision.
13. I will avoid full face and body photos of minors taking part in other activities other than racing where they may be heightened risk of other images being used.
14. Make sure the images are stored and protected within GDPR law and will remove and delete any images on request from parents or NASA.
15. Report any concerns regarding inappropriate or intrusive media following our child protection procedures.
16. I will present myself for a voluntary breath test if before racing commences if I plan to be present on the inside of the track. I understand if a failed breath test is given my media licence will be immediately revoke and I will not be allowed to sign on a IN3 for one year.
