N.A.S.A. EVENT PERMIT APPLICATION

APPLICATION FOR AUTHORISATION OF MOTORING EVENTS

On behalf of the organising club/league so mentioned below I wish to apply for AUTHORISATION under the terms of section 13A of the Road Traffic Act 1988 and the Motor Vehicles ( Off Road Events ) Regulations 1995 for the following motoring events.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU COMPLETE ALL 9 SECTIONS TO THIS APPLICATION. FAILURE TO COMPLY COULD RESULT IN THE APPLICATION BEING RETURNED/ REFUSED.

This Application must be accompanied with a plan of your site complete with relevant measurements and dimensions. Failure to enclose adequate plan/dimensions will delay the issue of your event permit.
